Hope from Luna photography came to me on a very tight budget needing a new logo. We discussed an hourly rate and I informed her that to save on costs I can cut down some research time and concept development. Hope then came to me with a rough sketch of what she wanted, making this a short and sweet project as I just needed to tidy up the shapes and play around with the fonts.
Hope's initial design was one crescent moon around the title, we elaborated to three and included the sharp right angle corners - the same you'll see as you focus on your camera display! This way it better links with photography at a shorter glance. Having the three crescent moons also resembles a zoom lens at an angle, making the entire shape also look like the front of a camera.
